Benjamin Bouchouari: ‘No one has forgotten'
The midfielder spoke to reporters before the match about the stakes involved in hosting Nice this Saturday (5pm), his perception of Ligue 1 and his individual progress.

Her personal situation
I had a moment at the beginning of the year when I was ill. But I feel I've reached a new level. I've become a more complete player, particularly in defensive duties. I'm making good progress in the game in general, but it's really on the defensive side that I've improved. Olivier Dall'Oglio made me realise that I needed to do more in that area. Eirik Horneland is now asking me to contribute more offensively. I'm more interested in scoring goals and being decisive.
Ligue 1 McDonald's
The level is higher than in L2, both technically and tactically. I feel more consistent, even if I still have a lot of room for improvement. Playing in L1 is a bit more suited to my qualities, because you're not immediately under the physical pressure of two players. From a collective point of view, it's not always easy; we lack consistency in particular.
The first leg against Nice
Of course, no one has forgotten that match. We're all aware of what we did there. We need to correct that mistake on Saturday. There's no need for the players to talk about it because no one has forgotten. There's a feeling of revenge, a feeling of pride in ourselves and in the club as a whole. Nice are a great team, but we've shown some good form against teams in the top flight.
Arbitration awards
The referees make their decisions, I have nothing to do with them. Maybe I've been a bit careless with some of my actions in recent weeks, maybe that's down to experience. But I'm an honest person and that's what VAR is for.
