The Dogues well in place
It was the start of the second half that made the difference, as the first was a little complicated. It's a close game, because Lille, thanks to their block, manage to make things difficult for us. But we were patient and took control in the second half. Amandine Pierre-Louis's goal gave us the lead. Cindy Caputo's goal, followed by Sarah Cambot's a few minutes later, rounded off a fine second half. The content of the match was interesting and will serve us well for future matches. I really liked our second half, when we were really consistent in our use of the ball. Because we were patient, it became clearer as we went along.
PSG for a place in the final
We're going to be lucky enough to host PSG, and it's going to be a complicated match, as we knew from the start. Of course, in a semi-final, you have to be able to compete. It's true that I prefer to play them at home rather than away. In one match, anything is possible. I tell ourselves that we can compete over 90 minutes. I know the players are going to be looking forward to that game, but we mustn't forget the league with some important matches coming up in the next few weeks.
A new lease of life in the Cup
In the league, we've been in a bit of a slump recently, even though we put in a fine performance against Nantes (2-2). The Coupe de France is a real breath of fresh air for the whole group, and it's a real pleasure to go far in this competition.
