The result of the #MHSCASSE match will be known on 2 April

The Disciplinary Committee met on Wednesday to examine the Montpellier - ASSE match, which was stopped before the hour mark on Sunday when Les Verts were leading 2-0.

In view of the seriousness of the incidents (use and throwing of pyrotechnic devices, verbal abuse and permanent stoppage of the match), the LFP's disciplinary committee decided to send the case for investigation. The decision will be handed down at the end of the meeting on Wednesday 2 April 2025, when the investigator will submit his report.

In addition, Maxime Bernauer, who was sent off during the match, received a one-match suspension and a one-match conditional suspension.
